Writing Input-type answer Questions
Input-type questions are quite rare for Otter Math. We need them in the ratio of 30% Input questions and 70% Multiple Choice.
Input questions have only one correct answer, but the user has to calculate it on their own. Imagine that this is our question:
Yet you set the criterion for the correct answer to define the limit of what system can accept.
After, the user makes the calculation and types down their input into the answer panel. Imagine the example below there the answer is two divided variables. So you have it: using the Otter language, you set the criterion: the answer must be the result of two divided variables.
If the calculation is correct, Otter accepts the answer, if no, Otter shows the message that the answer is incorrect.
